Ingredients
- pork spare ribs 1kg
- ketchup 1 cup
- honey 1/4 cup
- granulated sugar 1 tbsp
- chipotle 1/4 cup
- jalapeno 2 peppers
- onion (minced) 1/2
- paprika powder to taste
- garlic (grated) 2 cloves
- ginger (grated) 1 thumb
- lemon juice 1 fruit
- cilantro (minced) 1 bunch
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Slice the spare ribs into individual units, sprinkle on some salt to marinate.
- Boil spare ribs until they are soft, then let cool.
- Mix all other ingredients, then slather on while baking or grilling the ribs until done.
